“ This oldish place has many rooms, so it's likely you'll get a table. The decor is rustic, albeit a little shabby. The waiters are efficient. They should be, they seem to have been working there forever. They seem to enjoy their jobs; they are glad you're there, and they want you to be happy. Appetizers were very good, as were the entrees. We had chicken (maybe parmigiana), chicken marsala, and rigatoni (ziti?) with broccoli rabe. I can't report on the desserts, as we passed on that. We had a Montepulciano wine, which complimented the food very well. I recommend this place if you're in the mood for good Italian food in a friendly, bustling setting. ”

“ My family came to the restaurant after celebrating the life of my grandfather. I was excited to dine at this restaurant because I heard that this restaurant had fantastic reviews. I was not disappointed. I ordered a Diet Coke with spaghetti and meatballs. The pasta was delicious and I was beyond impressed with how beautiful the interior decorating was as well. My family enjoyed their meals too and only had good things to say about their experiences. For the members of my family that had to leave early, they got their food ahead of time and they were super accommodating to the different schedules. We were all happy with the flavor of our food and the drinks were impressive too. I'm not typically a fan of Italian restaurants because the pasta is made too salty, but this time I didn't experience that and I would have to say that this might be one of my favorites. ”

“ Valet parking By far the best for Italian cuisine in the New York area. Traditional old world dining. Started with the clams oreganata and stuffed zucchini blossoms for appetizers. Both superb! My main was veal scaloppini with thinly layered eggplant in a white wine sauce - mignonettes. This is my go to choice when I'm at Casaletto. All served with great Italian bread that can only be found in New York. Located in Elmsford in Westchester County. Our server was very attentive and friendly. 5 stars! ”

“ Gem of a restaurant tucked back off the busy road. Rustic old Italian feel and décor gives a nice feeling of home. Staff was attentive and formally dressed. The menu has so much to choose from plus the specials were hard to say no to. Same for the desert cart. It was hard to pass up. It was quite busy for a Tuesday evening with a steady stream of families, small groups or friends were showing up. I had the spinach gnocchi with added sausage. It was delicious and the perfect size. Great place to impress a date or take your family. ”

“ What a blast. This place has been around a long time, and we just came for the first time. I don't know why I kept putting it off. This is a traditional, old style Italian restaurant. Let me just say one word: Pork Ossobucco! It's on the Special menu. Just get it. I couldn't believe how amazing it was. Everything else is very good. No matter what your go-to Italian dish is, they do it right. Leave room for dessert!! ”

“ What a menu, then there is a specials menu, and if that's not enough the waiter adds some extra special specials. You'd be hard pressed not to find something to eat here . Plus the place is huge deceptively so valet parking. The food is delicious. A desert cart that was brought out I felt like a kid looking at all the goodies , our waiter had worked their 37 years that's a testament to what this place offers. I'll be back ”

“ The first few times I visited Casaletto it was warm outside. We went back for my birthday in November in a chilly Tuesday night. We were lead back to the dining room and seated next to the fire they had going in the big hearth. The lights were a little lower than usual and it was an amazing night. My saltimbocca alla Romana was the stuff of dreams. The Italian word "saltimbocca" literally translates to "jump into the mouth". It's easy to see why. The veal and prosciutto with a light sage sauce was absolutely phenomenal. Normally the chicken francese is my go to dish here... I feel like it's been replaced. This restaurant makes my heart and soul happy. ”
